The Role

The Marketing Director will lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy and plan for Pizza 4P’s as it expands its footprint in 2019 and beyond. This individual will oversee each market’s performance against revenue targets and other KPI’s. As a seasoned Marketing Director, you will bring strong strategic, operational, analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business objectives including growing brand awareness, trial, and retention in all markets

What You’ll do

        • Develop winning strategies to meet business needs and optimize for growth
        • Develop and manage individual marketing plans and budgets.  Lead team to execute plans. Analyze & optimize performance of marketing campaigns & channels. Optimize based on performance.
          • Collaborate with business stakeholders to manage standard design/communication/contents for key business metrics
            • Create & manage Pizza 4P’s “Official Marketing Analytics Dashboards” for consumption, sales and acquisition across our business
              • Conduct ad hoc & strategic analysis as needed
                • Coach others on best practices for conducting/communicating analyses
                  • Train business stakeholders on self-serve business analytics tools
                    • Monitor KPIs related to marketing performance
                      • Be responsible for the success of multiple markets (restaurant/cafe/retail) in diverse areas
                        • Represent the needs of local markets and customers.  Lead team to develop community-centric programs to increase brand presence
                          • Leverage market intelligence to develop marketing strategies
                            • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives
                              • Oversee demand planning from a marketing and trade area performance perspective
                                • Continually analyze business and present updates and recommendations to the Leadership Team.
                                  • Promote our initiatives like Farm to table, Sustainable activities like earthworms, stop usage of plastics, etc
                                    • Having skill of agile Marketing, ability to read all digital performance data and analysis
                                      • Catching up and high interested in cutting-edge trend for F&B, sustainable activities and high-tech in the world to bring to the company

                                        A bit of our Technical skills

                                        • Agile Marketing
                                        • Facebook Pixel, ability to read the data, build custom reports/dashboards and come up with regular ideas based on data to improve our website or campaigns
                                        • Google Ads, ability to read the data, build custom reports/dashboards and come up with regular ideas based on data to improve our website or campaigns
                                        • Experimenting such as a/b testing or multivariate on Facebook Ads or Google Ads
                                        • Tools like Hotjar, Optimizely etc
                                        • Google Analytics, ability to read the data, build custom reports/dashboards and come up with regular ideas based on data to improve our website or campaigns
                                        • Monitor the Facebook, Google, or any other ads as required independent from any agency as we won’t have any agencies onwards
                                        • All type of re-targeting on Facebook, Google, Outbrain, etc
                                        • Technical ability to understand SEO and improve it
                                        • Social monitoring tools like SEMRush so as a result we appear to have higher engaging posts in top 10 compare to our competitors with lower cost and higher ROI
                                        What you are

                                        • Food Lover
                                        • Cutting-edge taste for design, F&B industry and technology
                                        • BA/BS in Marketing or related field (MBA preferred) 8+ years as a strong data-driven marketing leader driving exceptional results
                                        • Demonstrated success in establishing and achieving business objectives
                                        • Strong written and verbal communication skills
                                        • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment
                                        • Ability to create a vision and inspire others to embrace it and work to make it happen
                                        • Experience applying best-in-class marketing techniques in unique ways to create a truly transformative and differentiated brand in a highly saturated market
