[HCM] Recruitment & Development Manager

  • Recruitment (60%) 

- Lead and manage talent acquisition strategies and tools that support the current and future business needs.

- Manage the recruitment process and ensure that vacancies are filled promptly and in time for restaurants and office.

- Build the talent pipeline and develop frameworks and tools to support the annual performance management, talent assessment, and succession planning process for restaurant and office

- Coordinate the process of creating/updating/managing all JDs

- Review JDs to ensure rationality, consistency with roles & responsibilities and compliance with internal guidelines

  • Organization Development (30%)

- Review company’s organizational structure, roles and responsibilities to ensure rationality, consistency and compliance with company strategy.

- Designs and develops leadership and organizational development solutions to build identified organizational/people capabilities required to achieve the organization’s goals.

- Responsible for assessing, designing and managing execution of leadership development and high potential programs

  • Corporate Culture & Employee Engagement (10%)

- Implement employee engagement activity and propose engagement action planning to enhance employee’s satisfaction at work and reduce turn-over rate for restaurant and office.

- Implement and communicate company’s vision, mission, and core values according BOD’s guidelines and ensure that employees understand and live up the core values in their activities.

- Other tasks as assigned by HR Director.
